Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the University of Manitoba was forced to cancel its annual BFA Graduating Exhibition. As a result, the artwork created by students during their final year of the program went unseen…until now.
Hindsight 2020 features artwork from students of the University of Manitoba’s 2020 BFA graduating class, showcasing the best of their work from their graduating year. The artwork on display features a broad range of subject matter and skillful application of varied mediums including oil paintings, watercolour paintings, installations, mixed media, collage and inkjet prints. This milestone exhibition marks the re-opening of Graffiti Gallery since March 2020. We are pleased to celebrate the hard work of these emerging artists, and to support them in the early stages of their careers.
