RE-UP

Re-Up exhibits works that explore up-cycling and repurposing of found objects through an artistic lens. The premise of the show is to explore issues surrounding our environment and our interactions with it through the process of creating something new and beautiful out of discarded objects from our daily lives. Artists submitted a photograph of their found object in its original state to be displayed alongside their completed piece for the exhibit in order to illustrate the object’s transformation, prompt an exchange of ideas about our societal role in preserving our environment.
